These delicious sorbets will tickle your taste buds

Ingredients
- 2 c fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c light corn syrup
- 3/4 c packed basil leaves
- 2 c water
- 1 Tbsp grated lime zest
Preparation
- Combine sugar, 1 c lime juice and corn syrup
- Over med high heat, stir constantly until sugar melts about 2 min
- Stir in basil and heat for 30 sec
- Remove from heat
- Add remaining lime juice, water and zest
- Cover and chill
- Strain and use ice cream maker as directed

Ingredients
- 2 c rose petals
- 2 1/4 sugar
- 4 c water
- 2 2/3 c fresh squeezed orange juice or lime juice
Preparation
- Crush petals in a food processor
- Slowly add 1/4 c sugar
- Bring the water to a boil
- Add remaining sugar and stir until dissolved
- Stir in rose paste
- Boil without stirring for 10 min
- Cool for at least 1 hr and strain
- Add juice and freeze for about 9 hrs or use an ice cream machine

Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 2 c water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
- Use a heavy dry sauce pan to heat the sugar over med heat until it starts to melt
- Stir with a fork until it’s completely melted and deep gold in color
- Remove from heat and slowly add water
- Return to heat
- Stir constantly until the Carmel has completely dissolved
- Stir in vanilla and salt
- Chill until cold
- Use an ice cream machine as directed

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c unsweetened coconut milk
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp dark rum
Preparation
- Combine coconut milk and sugar in a heavy sauce pan
- Boil until sugar dissolves completely
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool, at least 1 hr
- Add pineapple juice and rum
- Stir well to combine
- Cover and chill at least 8 hrs
- Freeze in ice cream machine as directed

Ingredients
- 2 lbs cherries pitted( if you use canned cherries, rinse them thoroughly)
- 1 14 oz can coconut milk
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 5 oz chocolate
Preparation
- Set aside a handful of cherries
- Combine remaining cherries, sugar and coconut milk
- Heat until sugar is dissolved and cherries are soft, about 10 min
- Purée until smooth and chill
- Chop extra cherries and chocolate into coarse bits
- Stir into chilled mixture
- Freeze in ice cream machine as directed
