Ingredients
- 2 c ketchup
- 2/3 c packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 2 Tbsp dry barbecue rub
- 4 c chopped peaches
- 1 1/4 c Coca Cola
Preparation
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large pot
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce to simmer for 20 min
- Purée till smooth.

- 1/2 onion chopped fine
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3/4 c bourbon
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c ketchup
- 1/4 c tomato paste
- 1/3 c Apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 1/4 c Worcestershire
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
Preparation
- In a large skillet , simmer bourbon, onion and garlic. About 10 min , until the onions are translucent
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Simmer 20 min
- Either strain or purée
- Cool.

- 1/2 c white vinegar
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Just combine the ingredients.

- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2/3 c hoisin sauce
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/3 c dry sherry
- 1/3 c rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 c honey
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground Szechuan pepper
- 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice
Preparation
- In a large skillet heat the oil and sauté onion until translucent
- Add garlic about 30 seconds , until you can smell it
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Simmer 20 min
- Cool.
